"In 2016, Uji Time dessert introduced the first taiyaki to the San Francisco Bay Area. Since then, we positioned ourselves in the niche, to serve Asian fusion dessert. We want to do something different and represent our heritage. Matcha, Black Sesame and Tofu are the first three soft serve flavors that were introduced to the market. Questions, doubts and concerns were raised about not offering traditional ice cream flavors, but with persistence, Uji Time dessert is now well received by the public."

Using real tofu from the market, putting lychee bites into our lychee ice cream, using yuzu imported from Japan, and blending 3-4 tea bags into the perfect taste of Hong Kong Milk Tea, Uji Time stands for using natural ingredients in our products. Making ice cream requires some emulsifiers, but we add the minimum amount of emulsifiers, and hence, our soft serve melts faster than other brands.
